We are bonded & insured and we are fully committed to the success of our business through the satisfaction of our clients.
Knowing we may see a client anytime - at church, at the gym, at the ballfield - takes that commitment to the next level.

Hoboken, Blackshear, Jesup, Waycross, Millwood

How often do you clean?
As often as you need - daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or just once
Are the cleaners and chemicals you use safe?
Absolutely! We try to use 100% safe, no rinse required formulas. For any tough job that does require a cleaner that needs rinsed,
we are careful to fully rinse that area to return your space back to the safe haven you, your family, and pets deserve!
Do I have to sign a contract?
We do prefer to operate with agreements. This is just to help keep everyone informed and organized! When I have agreements on file,
it helps with future scheduling. And when you have a signed agreement, it locks in your price for the specified time period. Win! Win!!
Agreements can be canceled by either party with a courteous 10 days notice to allow schedule adjustments,
which is why we call them agreements, not contracts
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check (business only), and Venmo (@Kim-Rodgers-229) are our preferred methods.
You can also pay your invoice on our website via credit card or bank transfer
How do you handle billing?
For one time jobs, you will receive an invoice due at the time of service
For repeat services, we offer monthly billing which is detailed in written agreements.
Does someone have to be present for you to complete services?
No. We can clean at whatever time is most convenient for you, during or after business hours.
For disinfectant spray services, you actually must vacate - at least for a few minutes - to allow the treatment to fully dry so that it is effective.
Do you have business liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. We're happy to provide you with a Certificate of Insurance.
Are the chemicals you use for the Disinfectant & Protectant Spray treatment safe?
Yes! Both chemicals used in step 1 and 2 are EPA registered and safe for continual use on surfaces, around humans, and pets.
NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) No Rinse Required certified, even for food contact surfaces.
How long does the spray treatment take and when is the area safe to use after treatment?
The length of treatment is solely dependent on the size of the space. The average home can be treated in less than an hour.
Both treatment steps are 100% safe, the only reason you will need to vacate is to allow the treatment to fully cure. The spray needs to fully dry in order to create the protective bond. This will only take about 5 minutes. Once it's dry you are free to go back to normal activities.
Do I need to make any special preparations for ESS Disinfectant & Protectant Treatment?
While nothing HAS to be put away, the more area of a surface that the treatment touches, the more effective the treatment. So it's best that counters, desks, etc., are relatively clean. We do recommend loose papers be put away as the entire area will be damp after treatment. The dampness will cause loose paper to slightly roll. Please make plans to entertain kids/pets outside until treatment has dried.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No. We will take care of everything.
Can my employees receive a discount?
We would love to become part of your employee benefits! Let's chat about details!!
